Ordered and paid the 10th of December 2024, the day after the order was marked as paid, got no updates after that so I sent an email the 15th of January 2025. Sent another email the 30th of January 2025 since I didn't recieve any reply, then the 3rd of February 2025 I got an email where they apologized for the issue and asked if I wanted a free item included with my original order, and they said they would ship everything the same day.
I replied a couple of hours later that I agreed to this.
Did not get any confirmation after that, and sent another email the 13th of february. No reply or items -

I did a negative review originally as failed to get response from the company, they replied admitting Black Friday surge, they have since contacted and said they are shipping product. So now have left this as 3 star until product arrives, as currently my situation does not warrant any negativity
