    The delivery company was terrible. They committed to delivering last Friday, which makes us travel 200Km in order to be there. It was 12pm and nothing. I called, and only then, they said "Oh, the delivery hasn't departed today, we can re-schedule for next week"... 1) what if I hadn't called? 2) they'll make us travel 200Km again next week, and clearly, with no guarantees. Intolerable. I'm so angry.

    One of the boxes that arrived contains parts with wrong measures.
    Also I didn't realize before ordering that the steel was not yet oxidized, althought later I checked and it is explained briefly in faqs

    We have indeed received your message stating that you have received parts with incorrect dimensions to which we have responded that we are going to fix this for you but would like to find out from you what size you did receive.
    We need this information so we can create a return shipment for the incorrect panels and send you the correct size.
    What a pity you could not find on the website that our products are not delivered in the rust color.
    This is described with the corten steel items in the description and in the "frequently asked questions" on the website.
    Of course, it can happen that this was overlooked.
    We would be pleased to receive the dimensions of the incorrect panels as a response to the e-mail so that we can solve this for you as soon as possible.
