I've ordered a tekno modeltruck 29/8-18, when it arrived it was broken.
The seller ment that it was me who broke it, while i was mounting the mirrors.
but this modeltruck came with premounted accesories and mirrors, I have tekno's word for this.
then i returned the truck to the seller, but they won't refund or send another truck, so now they have my money and my truck.
i have already made a case with several customer services, and the danish police, but none og these can contact the seller. so now they have abandoned the case. -
