Hi! I have noticed your review and I'm really sorry to see that you're not fully happy with the product. We do work with only high-end material which is light weight material with steel on both sides. This material is also used in many office building for long during magnetic walls. So it is anything but cheap but of course it is possible you don't like the looks of it. I try to understand how we could best service you in this situation. I see we offered to replace the broken material and to return your money if the product is not what you want. I understand this is not what you prefer since you already have made holes in your wall. We could offer you to change the product to another one? Maybe a different color or dessin? We can also change it to magnetic wall paper. This maybe has a better look for you. Please let us know what you would like!

Hoi Yves, wat vervelend dat je geen fijne ervaring hebt gehad. Dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling. We waren in de veronderstelling dat jouw mail was gekruist met de automatische verzending van het retourlabel en dat je deze had ontvangen Mogelijk is het label in de spam terecht gekomen. We hebben gisteren nogmaals handmatig een label gemaild. Excuses dat dit niet goed is gegaan. We zullen een leuk kado bij je bestelling bij doen om het wat te verzachten en wensen je alsnog heel veel plezier met je aankoop!
