Because of an address error in the system DHL could not send the package to me and confirmed the package would be send back to sender (as per status notification on track and trace). Eastern essential agreed on email that I would get my money back, still after almost 2 weeks I did not get any replies on my emails or received the money. I feel there is no client service whatsoever, I don’t think this webshop is trustworthy.
